These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pb999 platform, operated and made accessible at the domain pb999.cam ("the Platform", "pb999", "we", "us", "our"). pb999 is an online sports betting and live casino information platform providing content, odds presentation, game information and responsible gambling tools targeted at users in Pakistan.

By accessing pb999.cam in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder, a browsing visitor, or otherwise — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Access to pb999 and the creation of an account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account activity:

• Own Identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, or using false identity information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, either through pb999 or through any applicable regulatory scheme, at the time of registration or re-registration.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of pb999 services, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted during sign-up. Users warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point of update — is true, accurate and not misleading.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party for any reason. pb999 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pb999 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pb999 immediately via the support channels described in these Terms. pb999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any change to your name, address, contact information or payment details must be notified to pb999 support promptly. Outdated information may delay or prevent withdrawals and may trigger additional KYC checks.

pb999 may require users to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point, including but not limited to the time of first withdrawal request, when deposit thresholds are reached, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to query the accuracy of account information provided.

5.1 Acceptable Documents

For Pakistani users, acceptable KYC documents typically include:

• Primary Identity: Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport. The name on the document must exactly match the name registered on the pb999 account.
• Proof of Address (where required): A recent utility bill, bank statement or official government letter showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check (where required): A photograph of the user holding their ID document, as directed by the Platform's secure verification portal.
• Payment Method Verification (where required): Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in the account holder's own name.

5.2 Document Handling

KYC documents must only be submitted through pb999's secure, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Users must never transmit identity documents via email, unencrypted messaging applications, or any third-party channel not explicitly authorised by pb999. Any alteration, falsification, cropping or manipulation of identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to law enforcement.

5.3 Consequences of Non-Completion

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from pb999 may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification, account restrictions being applied, or account suspension. KYC is a legal and operational requirement, not optional.

All deposit transactions made to a pb999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods confirmed as available in the pb999 live cashier at the time of transaction. Available payment methods may change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and per account tier, as published in the cashier. These limits may be varied by pb999 at any time.

• Cryptocurrency deposits, where available, are subject to network confirmation requirements and price volatility. Amounts credited to your account are determined at the exchange rate applied at the time of confirmation, not at time of sending.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals will not be processed under any circumstances.
• A withdrawal request will not be processed until all outstanding KYC verification requirements have been completed to pb999's satisfaction.
• Any active bonus funds attached to the account must have their full wagering requirements met before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may not be withdrawn.
• pb999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing timelines depend on the operator's internal review procedures and the policies of the receiving payment provider.
• pb999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays. Cooperation with any such checks is required as a condition of withdrawal.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus amounts shown on pb999 (e.g., "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000", "Cricket Weekend Offer up to PKR 15,000") are illustrative examples only and do not constitute confirmed live offers. Actual promotional amounts and terms must be verified in the active Promotions section of the Platform at the time of participation.
• Bonuses are credited at pb999's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time prior to the wagering requirements being met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Failure to meet requirements within the valid period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games and other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or zero. Specific game contribution weightings are set out in individual promotional terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

pb999 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings and permanently close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional conditions, use of automated betting patterns, collusion, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer. 8.3 Referral Bonuses

Where a referral programme is available, both the referring user and the referred user must satisfy all eligibility, KYC and promotional conditions before any referral bonus is credited. pb999 reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your pb999 account by any third party, including family members.

All content published on pb999.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, software, data compilations and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pb999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pb999 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, reverse engineering or any other use of Platform content without prior written consent from pb999.

The pb999 brand name, logo and domain pb999.cam are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in third-party marketing, affiliate materials or competing services — is prohibited without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pb999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from bets placed in error, odds errors subsequently corrected, or game outcomes unfavourable to the user.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on pb999.cam, including odds, promotional details, payment method availability, or legal commentary.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, data transmission delays, or third-party service provider failures affecting access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pb999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or obligation arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pb999 holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time. pb999 does not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani authority.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that online gambling is subject to significant restrictions in Pakistan under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and pb999 expressly disclaims any responsibility for a user's compliance with local law. It is the user's sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice regarding their obligations under Pakistani law.

By using pb999, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pb999's internal complaints procedure.

pb999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pb999 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, via a notice on the Platform homepage or a communication to registered account email addresses.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, contact support to close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
